Returns Policy

At Vet Prints ZA, every item is carefully created with students in mind. Because our products are made to order and intended for personal academic use, we kindly ask that you read the policy below before placing your order.

📦 Returns

We do not accept returns on items unless they arrive:

Damaged

Incorrect (e.g. wrong product sent)

If you experience any issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the problem. We’ll do our best to make it right.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

The item cannot be replaced due to stock limitations

There was a confirmed error on our side

If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges, as all items are made to order.
