Welcome to Vet Prints ZA! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Use

All products are designed specifically for veterinary students and are for personal educational use only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any content without written permission is not allowed.

2. Order Processing

Orders can be placed at any time, but due to academic commitments:

Orders placed before the 15th of the month will be processed for delivery or collection at the end of that month.

Orders placed after the 15th will be processed and shipped at the end of the following month.

We appreciate your understanding and support for a student-run business!

3. Shipping

We offer:

Courier delivery to your door

PUDO locker delivery

Free collection at Onderstepoort

Free delivery on orders over R500

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping or collection confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties.
